Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because we grow and ship live plants, all orders are handled with care and prepared promptly for transit. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed or prepared for shipment.

Once processing begins, cancellations may no longer be possible due to the time-sensitive nature of live plant handling.

Refunds & Plant Health

We take great care in packaging and shipping to ensure plants arrive healthy and stable. If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging.

We will review the situation promptly and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  1. Delays caused by carrier transit
  2. Weather-related stress after delivery
  3. Improper planting or care after receipt
  4. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
