By purchasing from Healing Herbs & Spices Nursery, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Plant Availability
All plants are subject to availability. As live inventory changes regularly, substitutions or cancellations may occur if a plant becomes unavailable. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly.
2. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed in the order received and shipped according to current handling timelines. Shipping timelines may vary due to weather conditions, seasonal demand, or carrier delays.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
3. Live Plant Disclaimer
Plants are living organisms and natural variations in size, color, and structure are expected. Photos are representative and may not reflect the exact plant received.
Growth performance after delivery depends on proper care, planting conditions, and climate.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Monitoring tracking information
- Promptly bringing plants indoors or out of extreme weather upon delivery
- Following proper planting and care guidelines
We are not liable for damage due to neglect, improper care, or environmental stress after delivery.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the plant. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from plant use, growth, or performance.
