Shipping policy
We take great care in preparing and packaging live plants to ensure they arrive healthy and stable.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, depending on seasonal demand and plant readiness. During peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly.
To ensure your plants arrive healthy and aren’t delayed over the weekend, we ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please take a moment to check the weather forecast in your area before placing your order.
Shipping Method
Plants are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 day delivery). Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.
Live Plant Handling
Each plant is carefully prepared, secured, and packaged to protect root structure, moisture balance, and overall vitality during transit.
Weather Considerations
If your local temperatures rise above 95°F or dip below 45°F, please keep in mind that extreme heat or cold weather can be very tough on live plants while they're in transit.
We reserve the right to delay shipment if weather conditions pose a risk to plant health. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery and promptly bringing plants indoors upon arrival.
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once your order is carefully packed and handed over to the post office, we can only guarantee that it left my nursery healthy and securely packaged.
Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for:
- Delays or mishandling by the postal service
- Damage caused by extreme temperatures during transit
- Packages left too long in a mailbox or exposed on a porch
