Description
Chaya, often called Tree Spinach, is a vigorous tropical leafy green valued for its highly nutritious edible leaves. The plant produces large, maple-like leaves on a woody shrub that can grow several feet tall. It is widely grown in tropical regions as a productive garden green. Once established, Chaya is very resilient and produces a steady supply of leaves throughout the warm season.
