Description

Luffa Gourd is a fast-growing tropical vine known for producing long green gourds that can be used both as a vegetable when young and as natural sponges when mature and dried. The vigorous vines produce bright yellow flowers followed by elongated fruits. When fully mature and dried, the interior forms a fibrous network that becomes the well-known natural loofah sponge.
